As Worksoft Bilişim, in our capacity as the data controller, within the framework of our legal obligations arising from legislation; we collect your personal data verbally, through our website, social media platforms, mobile applications, and similar means, verbally, in writing, or electronically, for purposes such as enabling you to benefit from our brands' services, informing you about our campaigns with your consent, recording your suggestions and complaints, creating better service standards for you, and determining and implementing Worksoft Bilişim's commercial and business strategies. Rights of the Personal Data Owner under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law ("Law")

• Obtaining information about the purposes of processing activities,
• Knowing the third parties to whom Worksoft Bilişim transfers personal data domestically or abroad,

• Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the Law,
• In case of a request for correction, deletion, or destruction of personal data;
• Requesting that the transactions performed be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred,
• Objecting to a result arising against the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
