SERVICE PROVISION AND USAGE AGREEMENT

Parties

This agreement is made between Worksoft Information Technology Services Trade Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as Worksoft Bilişim) and the individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the Client) who wishes to receive services by filling out the order form via the websites https://webslit.com or https://worksoftbilisim.com. The parties accept the accuracy of the information provided in this agreement.

Subject of the Agreement

This agreement regulates the terms of services provided by Worksoft Bilişim, including domain name registration, website design, hosting, server services, and software development, as well as the payment terms and obligations of the parties.

Definition of these services:

• Domain name registration: The domain name is registered after the necessary applications are made on behalf of the Client.
• Website: A website is created for the chosen domain name, including its technical and visual design, according to the service packages presented on the website https://webslit.com.
• Hosting: The created website is hosted on servers owned or leased by Worksoft Bilişim.
• Admin panel: The Client is provided with a control panel to manage their website, accessible via a username and password.
• E-commerce software and other Worksoft Bilişim products: The development, marketing, and licensing rights belong to Worksoft Bilişim, and modifying or removing the copyright and logo without written permission is prohibited.

Duration of the Agreement

This agreement becomes effective upon the submission of the online order and remains valid until the end of the service period selected on the websites https://webslit.com or https://worksoftbilisim.com. If the parties do not provide cancellation notice 10 days prior to the expiration, the agreement will automatically renew for the same period.

Payment

The cost of the services is calculated based on the amounts displayed on the websites https://webslit.com or https://worksoftbilisim.com, excluding VAT. Worksoft Bilişim reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Payment must be made within 3 days after the invoice is issued.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

• The Client is responsible for the security of the username and passwords provided by Worksoft Bilişim.
• The Client is obliged to comply with all announcements made by Worksoft Bilişim.
• The Client may not transfer or sell the services provided to unauthorized third parties.
• The Client is responsible for tracking the expiration dates of domain names and other services.
• The Client is responsible for the content of their website and compliance with the law.

Suspension of Agreement

In case of late payment, services may be temporarily suspended, including the suspension of email services.

Cancellation and Penalty Terms

If the Client violates the agreement or provides false information, Worksoft Bilişim reserves the right to cancel the agreement without prior notice. In case of early termination, the Client agrees to pay Worksoft Bilişim a commercial compensation amounting to five times the value of the contract.

Notifications

Notifications between the parties will be made via the addresses provided on the websites https://webslit.com and https://worksoftbilisim.com.

Late Payment

If the Client fails to make the payment within 7 days after the invoice is issued, Worksoft Bilişim reserves the right to suspend services.

Competent Courts

All disputes arising from this agreement will be settled by the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul Sultanahmet.
